Take your measurements in four simple steps:

Chest measurement : measure the widest part of your bust, without pulling the tape measure tight.
Underbust measurement : Measure just below the bust, horizontally.
Waist measurement : measure around your natural waist, at the hollow of your stomach.
Hip measurement : measure the widest part of your hips, usually at the buttocks.

Use a flexible measuring tape, and take measurements directly on the skin or over thin underwear.

• Wash it gently by hand in fresh, cold water after each use

• Let it air dry in the shade, avoiding tumble dryers and direct sunlight

• Avoid all contact with sun oils, which can damage the fibers and dull the colors

Each Lana Bay creation deserves delicate attention, commensurate with what it offers you.

Returns & exchanges

Each of our creations is designed to enhance your most beautiful moments.
If, however, an item does not suit you, we offer you the possibility of making a return, in a very simple manner.

Return conditions

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return it.

For the return to be accepted, the items must be:

Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition, with the labels intact.
In their original packaging

Please note: For hygiene reasons, swimsuit bottoms cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been tried on without protection or if the hygiene sticker has been removed.

Simple procedure

Contact us via the contact form or by email at contact@lanabay.com, specifying your order number and the item(s) concerned.
We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Once your request is accepted, the jersey must be shipped within 7 days.
After receiving and inspecting the package, we will proceed as follows:

to an exchange (subject to stock availability)
or a refund within 7 business days via the payment method used

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
